I have had an unusually long stay of six months due to a very slow moving insurance company. The staff is very accomodating and not pretentious. Often staff goes the extra mile to pick up food from lccal restaurants as dining on the porch with visitors or alone is a delight. .The bellman and head maid supervisor has been in house for over ten years each and take pride and ownership of superior service.Front desk is dedicated and friendly. Having the choice of two high end Winter Park accommodations, I am glad I chose this historic and charming venue on a bustling street.
