I really wanted to give a warm public thank you to the amazing Yeoman who helped us immensely! We came here last July with our 5 month old. It was over 80F and there was absolutely no shade to be found; the crown jewel line was atrocious; we were ready to give up. Amazingly, a Yeoman showed up out of nowhere and asked if anything was wrong and how he could help! I said, Well, we re worried because we can t wait in the hot sun with our baby.
He took us through the handicapped entrance and it saved our day!
Aside from that wonderful help, the entire place is so well maintained. It was fantastic and we had an incredible day. It s definitely a whole day trip or multi-day, if you re lucky enough to be able to do so.
We have to return someday because there s so much to see!
Strollers were fine, but we locked ours (bike attachment combi-stroller) up. It didn t make much sense and wasn t allowed in the buildings (at least we assumed!).
