I have worked for Flex RN as an intensive care nurse since 2009. When I joined the agency I was looking for a company with great industry relationships, top wages, flexibility towards my schedule and an orientation towards meeting the needs of their nurses. I found all of this and more with Flex RN. I worked consistently with Flex RN and they always placed me in arenas consistent with my abilities and availability. Fortunately, I had very few issues while working with Flex, but on the rare occasion I had a concern or issue with a client facility, Flex always had my back. Comparing notes with other agency RNs, I always found that Flex was the best. As a burn trauma nurse with broad abilities in cardiac, surgical, psychiatric care and more, I was constantly asked by managers to join their staff and by other agencies to join their team. Because of the excellent experience I've had with Flex, I've always turned them down. With Flex you experience a personable staff who genuinely care about you and work hard to keep their nurses happy. I feel very valued and have no qualms about recommending this excellent company!
