Customer Service to a T! I have never been to any business with this caliber of CS. I had an issue and they went above and beyond to fix it, even when it wasn't 100% their fault. The staff there are empowered to help their customers and do so with such grace and professionalism. I will be sure to tell all my family and friends to make the trip to City Cleaners because there they not only take care of your cleaning needs they do so with experience and class.
Way to go City Cleaners your doing it all right!
