Service was a disappointment today, my bf made an appointment here a few days ago to get his oil changed at 620 today. First problem the guy who greeted us said it would be like hour. 2nd problem this should take 15 to 35 maybe 40 minutes. 3rd problem this guy waits a hour and 10 minutes to let us know they are understaffed and it will be out shortly. This statement should have been said in the first few words you spoke to us. We waited for a oil change for a hour and 20 minutes. 7.2.19
