The IT services provided by this company are quite good. The technicians are skilled and always manage to find a solution to any IT issues I encounter. However, the customer service could use some improvement. I sometimes have to wait a while to get help and the representatives are not always the friendliest. Overall, I am satisfied with their services, but there is room for improvement.
