I had a mixed experience with Hitone electronics - india. While their products are of good quality, their customer service was lacking. I had an issue with one of the items I purchased and it took several attempts to get a response from their support team. However, once they did respond, they were able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
