I had an average experience with Richfield rentals. The website was easy to navigate and I found a suitable rental property. The rates were reasonable and the overall process was smooth. However, the customer service could have been more responsive. It took a while to get a reply to my queries. Nonetheless, I would consider renting from them again in the future.
