WORST company ever ! I don't even know where to be...

WORST company ever ! I don't even know where to begin. My mortgage loan was sold to them and its been a nightmare.Your payments never get processed on time and then you get charged a late fee. Customer service sucks! They are so rude. They argue with you, they don't listen and they rush you off the phone with nothing really being resolved. How is this awful company still in business?!!
