Merilent inc. is an average company, not great but not terrible either. The website is easy to navigate and it's user-friendly. The products offered are of reasonable quality. However, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service. The response time can be quite slow at times, and the representatives don't always seem knowledgeable. Overall, I would say it's an average experience.
