I am sorry to hear this. Can you please let me know the name of your company/practice? We don’t seem to have your details in our CRM and can’t recollect your name. I am really surprised that we were not able to fix this for you. I would really appreciate if you provide your details and I am confident that I will be able to get into the root of this.
