While the hotel has a great view, the food was mediocre at best, no room service, restaurant operating hours are not ideal, and our room was not serviced at all even though we stayed 2 nights. Overall, the hotel was understaffed for the number of occupants, and the room charges are exorbitant given these shortcomings.
