Clean and nice, friendly staff. One less star for the distribution of random lottery chips (1 per person in the left lane, 2 on the right ...) as well as the lack of recognition of the filter staff (obligation to represent their identity card when a short exit without leaving his field of vision). But nothing very embarrassing, just to be fussy.
