I recently visited Sanglier Cellars and I must say, I was blown away. The quality of their wines is exceptional, especially their Syrah. It's bold, complex, and full of flavor. The tasting room is elegant and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This winery is definitely a hidden gem that is worth a visit. I can't wait to go back!
