Horrible customer service, lack of follow through,...

Horrible customer service, lack of follow through, and multiple changes in flight reservations with complete disregard for inconveniences caused by their limited access to airlines. Whether the fault lies with Grand Circle, a totally inadequate organization, or OAT itself, I have lost total confidence in both companies. Travel with Road Scholar! I have never, ever had a problem with either their trips or their airline itineraries.
