I am a customer of Starting from scratch and I must say that their service is average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but their products are just okay. I expected more from them. Their prices are reasonable, but the quality of their products is not great. They need to improve on that. Overall, my experience with Starting from scratch was average.
