I've had mixed experiences with Pura Bathrooms Ltd. While the products are generally good quality and the prices are reasonable, I've had some issues with the customer service. There have been a couple of times where I've had to chase them up for updates on my orders, and I found their responses to be slow and lacking in information. However, when I did eventually get a response, they were helpful in resolving any issues. So, overall, an average experience.
