This place chased my business for weeks. They promised a 2 week turn around on some VERY basic website development. VERY VERY basic. They came back after missing their 2 week deadline by several weeks, then informing us that it would now be double the initial cost to complete the project, as they failed to see it would require an annual fee for an additional plug in. I paid it on the spot, as we needed the site completed. more than 5 months later, the site still not even close to be operational, I had to pull the plug. They were non responsive, never tested a single thing they programed, as it never worked, and when I asked for my site back they changed passwords so I cannot hire a new developer to complete the site. Our company had several larger clients committed to purchases, that were lost as those companies lost faith in our ability to even provide a site. How could anyone blame them. Casperson will not reply with login information or a refund for the annual plug in that, obviously cannot be used because I do not have a site after 6 months. The company has several online reviews now that indicate a consistent dishonest approach to business. Our plan is to file a complaint with the Attorney General in California, Georgia, Florida and any other states I discover they have operated in. After speaking to our corporate counsel, they indicate criminal charges can be pursued with the amount of victims they have voicing concerns. The owners are from India, so they will likely remain untouched and will reform with another name. Their local sales people will end up being accountable and possibly serve time and ordered restitution.
