I had a problem with my sidebyside refrigerator. The technicians were already there shortly after my call, hence the 2 stars. Unfortunately that was it. After 5 minutes, the 2 technicians diagnosed the total loss of the 700 device and received a 40 service fee. Ultimately, the device only had to be completely defrosted once. Since then everything has been working properly again.
