Rick Zauch did a great job with my recent truck purchase. He was true to his word and provided the information I needed. Keith Hicklin also provided great service in the wake of some confusion caused by bank provided financing. My one issue with the whole deal was the trade in value provided. I went online and truecar presented an "offer" (this is the term used on the printout). Then when the presented, it was not honored. If it's not an actual offer, don't present it as such. Be that as it may, I was overall very satisfied with purchase of my vehicle.
