Waited over an hour in the waiting room for a scheduled physical. Started getting a little irritated, went to check with the front seat clerk. Younger lady was polite and was in the process of answering my questions when an older woman J.G. cut into our conversation, snapped at me, and got very nasty biting my head off "I don't know what you want me to do, we are doing the best we can. We don't know what's going to walk in the door." RUDE!!! All I was asking was how much longer we were going to be waiting. I would recommend this agency fire this lady. Who wants a mean nasty hag representing them to the public?? I would not waste my time at their 'urgent care/ occhealth'
