Promo plug is an average company. I had an okay experience using their services. The website was easy to navigate and the overall process was smooth. However, I felt that their customer support could have been better. They took longer than expected to respond to my queries and did not provide satisfactory answers. The pricing was reasonable, but I've definitely had better experiences with other similar companies. Overall, I would rate promo plug as average.
