I have been a customer of B2C Tires for several years now and I can confidently say that their service is average. Although they have a wide selection of tires and good prices, their customer service could definitely be improved. Sometimes it takes a while to get assistance and they are not always the friendliest. Overall, I would rate B2C Tires as an average company.
