Rooms are nice, and good location. Very annoyed to be asked to pay 1200 peso for breakfast in the morning tho, after being questioned about my child s age then told to pay extra. Thought management were going to help as I stay regular, only to have the policy booklet slapped in front of me. The IHG application needs to make policies more clear on booking, my stay has now been ruined. Lost a customer here, will never stay again. If anyone s booking here, be careful of silly policies, and extra charges. Shangri-La it is for me from now on.
