I had an average experience with Competitive Focus. The customer service was decent, but nothing exceptional. The website was easy to navigate, but I felt that the overall design could use some improvement. The prices were competitive, but I've seen better deals elsewhere. Overall, it was an alright experience, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend them.
