I do not work for this company but several years back I was hired by this company I went to orientation in Sunnyvale TX I left right after orientation it was nothing that Melton did. it was a choice that I made. My problem was that I listened to other people. I looked at some of the bad reviews that people posted and it seems to me that they were looking for a reason to leave. I have been driving for thirty years and drove for different companies and there are some companies that have their faults. Melton has been around for a long time and I have talked to several drivers that work there and they love it. Has I look back I wish I would have stayed. Before you give them bad reviews make sure that is the job that you want to do. if you go there and don't like it just move on and don't trash them. One day it will catch up with you.
