It has a bar on a Rooftopen the 22nd floor has a very nice view! Seeing for the West you can see the Corrientes Avenue until the obelisk for the North all the low one until the river and for the East, all wood port. The only inconvenient thing about the bar is that you have to go up from the 19th floor where the Rest is, three stories up the stairs. The drinks may seem expensive, but remember that in these places you are paying, quality and sight. You also have to snack, not for dinner! The drinks we ordered were an Apero and a watermelon, they were good, I can't talk much about the drinks since none is the author's. I would go again, I recommend it.
