This is one of the worst companies I have ever had...

This is one of the worst companies I have ever had the DISpleasure of working with. I have been trying to get in contact with a representative for over 2 weeks. Do not even TRY to call them. I have spent over 12 combined hours on hold before being hung up on and NEVER speaking to someone directly. Since, I have submitted multiple support inquires and get no assistance. My question is simple, but who will answer it? I'll tell you... NO ONE, because at this point I am convinced no one works here. CastleBranch needs to get it together - this is unacceptable. Unfortunately I am required to use them for nursing school, otherwise I would take my business elsewhere IMMEDIATELY!!!!
