I recently had a chance to use the services of this company 😐. Overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the information I needed. However, the customer service was a bit lacking. I reached out to them with some inquiries, but it took them quite a while to respond, and even then, the answers weren't very thorough. When it came to the actual delivery of my package, it arrived on time, which was satisfactory. However, the packaging was damaged, and some items were missing 😞. I had to go through the hassle of contacting them again to get a resolution. In the end, they did compensate me for the missing items, but the whole process was time-consuming and frustrating. I would consider using them again if I had no other options, but I hope their customer service improves in the future.
