I've been a customer of the American Society of Agronomy for several years now and I must say, their service has been consistently average. They often take longer than expected to respond to inquiries and their website can be a bit clunky to navigate. However, they do provide a wealth of useful information and resources for those in the field of agronomy. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
