I had an average experience with Cortex Healthcare. The website was easy to navigate and find information, but I felt that the overall customer service could have been better. The response time to my inquiries was a bit slow, and some of the staff seemed indifferent. However, the quality of the products and services provided by Cortex Healthcare was satisfactory.
