I have been using the tankless water heater from Niagara Industries Inc for a few months now, and I must say it's been quite a disappointment. The heater takes a long time to start producing hot water, and even then, the temperature fluctuations are quite frustrating. The customer service was also not helpful in resolving the issue. I would not recommend this product.
