I had a not-so-great experience dealing with a government agency and wanted to find a way to resolve the issue. Luckily, I came across the Alberta ombudsman. Their staff was understanding and provided me with valuable advice on how to proceed. They were patient and answered all my questions. I'm grateful for their assistance and would recommend their services to others.
