I recently used the services of this counseling center and found it to be a pleasant and comfortable experience. The therapist was very understanding and provided helpful insights during our sessions. The website was easy to navigate and had useful resources. However, the scheduling process could be improved, as there were some delays in getting appointments. Overall, I would consider my experience to be average. The counseling center has potential for growth and improvement. I appreciate their efforts to create a welcoming environment for clients. 🙂
