I recently worked with a branding and design company for my new business. While their portfolio was impressive, I found the communication with the team to be a bit lacking. The initial concept they presented was not aligned with my vision, and there were numerous rounds of revisions needed to get it right. The final design was decent, but I felt the process could have been smoother. Additionally, the project timeline extended beyond the original estimate, causing some inconvenience. On a positive note, the quality of the final product was satisfactory, and the team was open to incorporating my feedback. Overall, it was an average experience, and I would recommend clearer communication and better project management for improved client satisfaction.
