I had an average experience with Technopal for engineering & communications. While their work was satisfactory, I feel there is room for improvement. The project execution took longer than expected and there were occasional communication gaps. Nonetheless, the team was responsive to my enquiries and addressed my concerns promptly. I hope they can streamline their processes to enhance customer experience.
