I recently worked with a real estate agency to find a new home and stumbled upon this company. 🏡 While my experience was average, there were some positive aspects. 🌟 The agents were knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the process, and the company's website was user-friendly and had a good selection of properties. However, I did feel that there was a lack of personalized attention and communication could have been better. Overall, I was able to find a suitable place and the transaction went smoothly, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service. I would recommend this company for their range of listings, but I hope to see more focus on client satisfaction in the future.
