I had a rather mixed experience with this timeshare company. While the staff was helpful and knowledgeable, they seemed to be a bit too pushy in trying to sell me additional services. I felt like they were more focused on making a sale rather than providing me with the information I needed. Overall, I would say my experience was satisfactory, but I expected more from such a reputable company.
