I recently had the pleasure of engaging the services of this concrete design company for a small patio project. Overall, my experience can be described as average. The company's website was informative and visually appealing, giving me a glimpse of their previous work. However, when it came to communication, they were not the most prompt in responding to my inquiries, which was slightly disappointing. Nevertheless, the actual work they completed was of decent quality. The concrete design on my patio turned out satisfactory, though I was expecting a bit more attention to detail. The team was professional and respectful throughout the project, and they completed the work within the agreed-upon timeframe. While I wouldn't necessarily recommend this company over others, I can say that they delivered an acceptable end result.
