It has taken this dealership 5 separate occasions to finally be able to diagnose and repair my new vehicle. I have had this car around a year in a half and I purchased it brand new. It took myself calling Hyundai Corporation of America along with getting a lemon law attorney to finally take action towards repairing my car. There has been 2 instances where they had my car for a solid month or so. Each time they had my car it was like pulling teeth for them to give myself either a loaner or a rental till my repairs have been made under warranty mind you. If you are looking to buy a car I would suggest staying away from Hyundai of El Paso. There has only been one representative that would always go above and beyond for their customers making sure they were taken care of. Meanwhile the rest could care less about making sure your vehicle and you are appropriately taken care of.
