I have been a customer of West end carpet co ltd for over five years and I must say that their service is average. The quality of their carpets is decent, but nothing exceptional. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. However, there have been a couple of instances where my order was delayed or there was a mix-up with the color. Overall, I would say that they are an okay company to buy carpets from.
