The most God awful customer service and product. ...

The most God awful customer service and product. We were promised the moon during the honeymoon phase and can't even do half the things we were promised: curriculum mapping, online reporting....When you ask to be pointed to documentation or resources so that you can figure it out yourself, you get documentation that is outdated, unhelpful and just simply wrong. If you pay for training, you just get told that you cannot do half the things that you were promised!
