Certainly capable of improvement. Taken by my family for dinner and 7 out of 10 dishes were not to write home, so we also sent it back to the kitchen. This was also unsuccessful afterwards because it was told that it was unfortunately peanut butter with the scampi that the intestinal tract is simply standard from the supplier. I don't know if they have a scales, but 200 g is different from the pathetic piece of meat that I got twice dry, well done and full of tendons . If I were to serve this guest I would never have dared to call it steak but the remains of the slaughterhouse. Even the gourmet dish of the Vomar has better steak in the assoritment. Furthermore, no complaints about the establishment except for the wait staff who did not know what was on the menu and apparently a tournedos is nowadays called Tornados.
