I had a mixed experience with Ultra Private Security. While some aspects of their service were excellent, such as their highly trained staff and prompt response time, there were a few areas where they fell short. Their pricing seemed on the higher side compared to other security companies in the area, and I found their customer support to be somewhat lacking. Overall, I would rate them as average.
