I recently went on a vacation with Royal heritage holidays and it was an average experience. The booking process was smooth and the staff was helpful, but the overall trip lacked excitement. The accommodations were decent, but not exceptional. The itinerary could have been better planned to include more interesting activities. Overall, it was an okay experience, nothing to rave about.
