Awful experience, went in to have the top of my dermal which is in the middle of my lower back changed. Not sure if I should have been on my stomach n my side but he had a real terrible time removing it caused bruising and pain. The entire dental was moved out of place and began poking through my skin and grew worse. The manager ignored me after the first contact and they told me it was my fault. I have several piercings n tattoos ik how to take care of myself. Never ever again spent 200(purchases n ear piercing) to be butchered n dissed.
