I wanted to take the opportunity to relate to you how amazing and outstanding Mickey ten Have was today to my wife and I. We flew club world on BA 208 from Miami to London, connecting with BA 438 Club Europe class to Amsterdam. My wife took ill either from food poisoning or air sickness and was vomiting during the last flight. I asked the Captain for a wheelchair assist Mickey answered that call.

There were about 8-10 wheelchair needs but we were fortunate enough to get Mickey. She was completely helpful and put us at ease. Once through immigration, she helped us retrieve our bags, when lo and behold, one large bag was missing.

Getting permission to stay with us and help, she engaged the lost baggage personnel at baggage claim (contract vendor) on our behalf. I completed the paperwork while Mickey returned to comfort my ill wife. After almost an hour, the bag finally came onto belt 2, and Mickey spotted it right away. All 3 of our large bags were checked priority, due to business class ticketing, and 2 came out right away, but the third was missing, and for almost an hour.

Mickey took our trip from hell, and rescued it for us. Please thank her employees like Mickey do a great service to your company, and should be thanked, rewarded, and of utmost importance, be recognized as an example of outstanding job well done.
