I had a mixed experience with People Performance. While the company website (ppl-performance.com) was easy to navigate and the products were of good quality, the customer service was lacking. It took several attempts to get a response, and when I finally did, it wasn't very helpful. The items I ordered took longer than expected to arrive, causing inconvenience. Overall, I would say there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and shipping times.
