I had a mixed experience with Load King Transport Inc. While the delivery of my goods was done on time and I had no complaints in that regard, the customer service was a letdown. The representatives were not courteous and did not provide timely updates. It was quite frustrating to deal with them. The company needs to improve its customer service to match the quality of its delivery service.
