Called to get a quote on my residential generator,...

Called to get a quote on my residential generator, and guy on phone did not have the best phone etiquette. The pricing for the company to just come out to look at and service seemed very high $132 per hour and $2.00 per mile to get to my house, and when I mentioned that the price was high to the guy on the phone, he continued to say, "well if you sign a contract, we could knock down the price." A little shady!!
